• Employee Photographs: HR/Admin may upload employee photographs solely for the purpose of verifying user identity for attendance tracking. These photos are securely stored and are not shared with any third parties. We do not collect or process biometric data or facial recognition patterns. All photo data is managed and retained in accordance with our internal data policy.
• Log Data: Includes device type, time, and usage logs for attendance tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify employee attendance through facial recognition or live photo with location.
• To allow HR/Admin to track logs and manage leave applications.
• To improve service quality, app stability, and accuracy.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• Data is shared only between the mobile app and the secure web portal managed by the organization.

4. Data Security

• All data is transmitted using encrypted protocols (e.g., HTTPS).
• Images and location data are stored securely in compliance with industry standards.

5. User Rights

• Employees can request data deletion or correction through their organization’s HR/Admin.
• Only HR/Admin has access to employee data management.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Authorized Use

• Access to the app is limited to employees and HR/Admin personnel authorized through the web portal.
• Users must comply with internal HR policies while using the app.

3. Use of Application

We are not liable for errors in attendance or leave data caused by incorrect information uploaded by HR/Admin.
